Sound Break featuring Austin Classical Guitar’s Moontower Duo

Enjoy a spectacular afternoon concert with long-time Austin Classical Guitar collaborators the Moontower Duo, made up of celebrated performers and composers Matthew Lyons and Stephen Krishnan. The Moontower Duo will share a playful fusion of classical and jazz music inspired by Basquiat, Ginsburg, Nabakov, and the trees of Central Texas, with special guest young artists Eleanora Mason and Emily Piper. About Austin Classical Guitar Austin Classical Guitar is a community-centered nonprofit organization devoted to service through music. Founded in 1990, Austin Classical Guitar presents over 100 concerts annually showcasing the world’s greatest guitarists, regional talent and innovative programming. ACG’s education work supports over 4,000 secondary school students each week in central Texas and our curriculum is used all over the world. Since 2010, ACG has partnered with Gardner Bets Juvenile Justice Center to offer the only for-credit performing arts classes for incarcerated youth statewide. Since then we have added two more. Our mission is to inspire individuals in our community through musical experiences of deep personal significance.
